Listing your home? Lysol use number 1,684,869

Good morning clean people of the world. Thinking of listing your home?

After showing a couple homes this weekend I noticed the difference in clean home vs. I’ve never, ever cleaned in my life. What the heck is going on people? These are the same folks that say my house you’re listing is my biggest asset, my biggest investment my biggest pile and I want the most I can possibly get. So I ask you fellow agents. Give me your best pictures of trashed homes that are listed at the time the photo was taken. I would love to see your best of. Oh, bank owned, foreclosures and short sales all count. The reason for this is because the home is still on the market and trying to get sold.  Here are some pictures to get you warmed up!

70,000 cans of Coors Light in condo! This is real! 24 cans a day for 8 years! Can I get some clean-up and a spare liver?

Can you spot the filing cabinet? Neither can I!

It’s very important we have a 3 car garage….for this!

So here’s some advice. You have an exotic sports car worth, say the price of your house. Now run that car through some mud, tree branches, deflate the tires and take a picture with a Polaroid camera from the 70’s. Now take the same car fully detailed and hire a professional photographer to get the perfect shots. I guarantee it will be worth cleaning your house to get more.  Do you think this is example is lame? It’s the truth!

By the way, we hire a professional photographer for all our listings to get our sellers top dollar for their home!

Have a great day,
